Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from test. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site only through an account that belongs to a parent or legal guardian, and with their permission and supervision.

Your Account

• Give accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you register or order, and keep it current.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that show unauthorised, fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We accept your order when we confirm it after verification, which may include a call, SMS or email to you. Messages sent before then only acknowledge that we received your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order, even after confirmation, if a product is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If this happens we'll tell you and refund anything you have already paid.

You can ask us to change or cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled; our Replacement & Refund Policy applies instead.

Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Applicable taxes such as VAT, and delivery charges, are shown at checkout before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order; adding a product to your cart doesn't reserve its price.

Prices and promotions can change without notice, but this won't affect orders we have already confirmed.

Product Information and Availability

We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurate, but errors can happen and we don't promise that everything on the site is complete or error-free. Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen.

Stock levels can change quickly. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund any payment already made. If a price is wrong, we may either contact you to confirm it or cancel the order and refund you.

Payment

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as cards, bKash, Nagad and Cash on Delivery.
• For Cash on Delivery, you pay the delivery agent in cash when you receive and accept the order.
• To prevent fraud we may verify your payment details and identity before dispatching an order. If we can't verify an order, we may cancel it.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the related order.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Information page. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, political unrest and other events outside our control.

Ownership of the product and the risk of loss pass to you when it is delivered to you and you accept it. Please check your order in front of the delivery agent as described in our Replacement & Refund Policy. If a product is lost or damaged in transit, we'll handle it under that policy.

Replacements and Refunds

test follows a replacement-first policy. We replace products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, and we refund only in the limited cases set out in our Replacement & Refund Policy. We don't accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. That policy is part of these terms.

Warranty

Products sold on test are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. Warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer's terms, and we'll help you start one. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair and normal wear are not covered.

Coupons, Vouchers and Gift Cards

• Only one coupon code can be used per order.
• Coupons come with conditions such as a minimum purchase amount and an expiry date, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Gift cards can be used towards products on test and have no cash value.
• We may change or withdraw a coupon or promotion at any time, and may cancel orders where we suspect misuse or fraud.

Personal Use

Products are sold for personal and household use. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale. Reselling test products for business without our written permission is not allowed.

Privacy and Communications

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, email or notices on the site about your order, delivery and support. You'll need to give a working phone number when ordering.

As explained in our Privacy Policy, we share information only with services that help us run the store, such as payment providers and couriers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to do any of the following. If these rules are broken, we may suspend or end your access, cancel orders and, where necessary, take legal action.

• give false information, impersonate anyone, or place fraudulent orders
• use the site for any unlawful purpose
• try to hack, overload, scrape or otherwise interfere with the site or its security
• upload viruses or harmful code
• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening or that infringes anyone's rights
• use the site for commercial purposes without our written permission

Reviews and Submissions

When you post a review, comment or other submission, it must be honest and you are responsible for what you write. You give test a free, non-exclusive right to display, edit and use it on the site and in our marketing, together with the name you provided. We may remove or edit submissions that break these terms, without notice. Please don't send us confidential information or ideas you expect to be paid for.

Intellectual Property

The test name, logo, design, text, graphics, images and software on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by the laws of Bangladesh and international law. Manufacturers' brand and product names belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with your contact details and evidence.

Third-Party Services and Links

We rely on third parties such as payment providers and couriers, and the site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or services, and they may have their own terms.

Site Availability and Events Beyond Our Control

We try to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free; it may be paused for maintenance or updates. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, network failures or government actions.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided ‘as is’. To the maximum extent permitted by law, test is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate test, its owners and staff for losses, claims or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of your account.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site or your account if you break these terms or we suspect fraud or misuse. Ending your access doesn't affect rights or obligations that arose before it, including payment for orders already placed.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute that can't be settled by talking to us first will be subject to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Unless a change is required by law, the terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up our right to do so later.
